Man United boss Jose Mourinho set for second stadium ban: This could be for two games

Mourinho is set to be told to stay away from Manchester United's away trip to Swansea on Sunday and the home game with Arsenal on November 19.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was sent to the stands in the 0-0 draw with Burnley
Last season Mourinho was banned from attending Chelsea's visit to Stoke - he watched the game in the team hotel - after a heated protest to referee Jon Moss during a defeat at West Ham.
In that case, an Independent Regulatory Commission took into account his past record of indiscipline and felt that a fine was not enough deterrent.

Arsene Wenger: This Arsenal star can be our Frank Lampard

Arsene Wenger: This Arsenal star can be our Frank Lampard
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has been compared to Frank Lampard
Lampard's goals helped Chelsea win three Premier League titles and the Frenchman reckons Ramsey can have a similar impact for his club.
"He drives and pushes the team forward and that is exactly what we want in our side," said Wenger of the Welsh international.
"He is Lampard-ish you know. He likes to get in the box and shoot from distance. They have similar qualities."
And while his side are unbeaten in their last 14 games, Wenger is considering starting with Ramsey in Arsenal's Champions League game against Ludogorets tomorrow night.
Ramsey has not started since hobbling out of the Gunners' opening day defeat at home to Liverpool with a hamstring injury.

Diego Maradona hits out at "traitor" Gonzalo Higuain

Diego Maradona hits out at
Higuain did not celebrate his goal against old club Napoli .
It's hard to blame Gonzalo Higuain for switching from Napoli to Juventus in the summer.
The former Real Madrid striker's move caused quite the stir in Serie A, his 36 goals for Napoli almost immediately forgotten by his former fans when he joined the champions in a €90m deal.
Given that the Old Lady have won the league for the last five years running, it wasn't entirely unreasonable that the Argentinian wanted to join, even if Napoli had made huge progress with him leading their line.
This weekend, he scored the winning goal against his old side, but refused to celebrate. That might have won him back a few admirers, but it seems there will always be a touch of bitterness over his transfer.
In fact, the legendary Diego Maradona has basically confirmed that with a rather strongly-worded video uploaded to his Facebook page.

Then she proceeded to tell us what Linda Ikeji S (LIS) is. Unfortunately, it is embargoed for release until 31 October so as much as we itch to share with you and to scoop this one, but there is that small thing called good faith.

Sunderland vs Arsenal - David Moyes remains confident

Sunderland boss David Moyes is confident he still has the support of owner Ellis Short amid a desperately difficult start to his reign on Wearside.
Moyes heads into Saturday's clash with high-flying Arsenal still awaiting his first Premier League victory as manager and with some fans having already delivered a damning verdict on his tenure just nine games into the campaign.
There is little doubt that the 53-year-old Scot, who signed a four-year contract during the summer, inherited a difficult situation, a fact which has been acknowledged by new chief executive Martin Bain, who along with Moyes has been charged with the task of bringing stability to the Stadium of Light.
Asked if he sensed Short is remaining patient over the situation, the manager replied: "I've never thought anything different. The length of the contract he gave me, his words tell you that."
Moyes freely admits that his task is a tough one, and that it is perhaps tougher now than it was the day he accepted Short's offer of employment.
He said: "It can be different, but I think that happens at clubs. Everywhere you go in, you know sometimes things aren't always the way you might have thought it to be.
"But the one thing that hasn't changed is that we go away to every ground and fill it with our own supporters. We have got nearly 45,000 at the game tomorrow, so the people of Sunderland continue to support their team whether it be home or away, and that tells you about the size of the club.
"It tells you about the club's history, it tells you a lot about the club and the people. No matter what situation they are in, they follow their team."

West Brom vs Man City - West Brom boss Tony Pulis wants to banish relegation fears forever

West Brom boss Tony Pulis signed a one-year contract extension on Friday and insisted the Baggies must banish relegation fears forever.
The 58-year-old has committed his future to The Hawthorns until 2018 as his previous deal was due to expire in the summer.
Pulis has been at the club since January 2015 and Albion's new Chinese owners, led by businessman Guochuan Lai, have kept faith in the former Stoke manager.
The Baggies were sold by former owner Jeremy Peace to Chinese investment group Yunyi Guokai Sports Development Limited in August and Pulis admits only surviving in the Premier League is now not good enough.
Pulis said: "The football club has to find a way of getting into that top 10.
"It has to get on the track where we're giving the supporters the chance to see the club grow and grow and within a framework and a structure that isn't ridiculous where there's hundreds of millions of pounds being spent.
"Even if it's just less than B£100million, there's lots of clubs doing that and they're not successful.
"So it's important you do it in a proper way and the thing that excites me more than anything is the fact there are some fantastic young players here as well.
"We can get better, it has to get better. I'm hoping and praying we get enough points until the window and then we can improve. I'm not looking to bring lots and lots of players in, what we need to do is bring in quality."

How to Change Your Skin Tone

A perfect skin tone can be ruined by hyperpigmentation, excess sun exposure and skin trauma that has damaged the skin and caused it to heal in a lighter or darker shade than the surrounding skin. Many people would like to either even out or totally change their skin tone for a variety of reasons, and there are several products on the market that claim to do just that. You might think you need to see a dermatologist or spend a great deal of time and money to change your skin tone, but there are other convenient ways to do this without breaking the bank.

Change your skin tone by using home remedies. There are several products that have been proven to lighten dark areas of the skin to create a smoother look. If you would like to make your skin tone lighter in specific areas, try applying lime or lemon juice to the effected area. Check the References link for more products to use that can change darker skin tones.
Undergo a tanning procedure. If you want to darken your skin, you can get a tan. Make note, however, that tans are not permanent and usually fade during the cooler winter months. Tans usually require upkeep and come in two forms: indoor tanning and outdoor tanning. Outdoor tanning occurs when the skin is exposed to the sun’s rays, but indoor tanning makes use of artificial light to tan the skin. An informed decision should be made before trying either type of tanning. Click the References link titled “Tanning Information” to learn more about the pros and cons of tanning.

Cristiano Ronaldo angry about lack of goals, says Zinedine Zidane

Cristiano Ronaldo angry about lack of goals, says Zinedine Zidane
Cristiano Ronaldo is angry with his recent record in front of goal but not anxious about when he will find the net next, Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said on Friday.
With four strikes in nine appearances in all competitions, Real's all-time top scorer is in the midst of his worst start to a season since joining the Spanish champions from Manchester United in 2009.
Ronaldo failed to score in Real's 5-1 drubbing of Legia Warsaw and Sunday's 2-1 success over Athletic Bilbao, substitute Alvaro Morata hitting the winner to take Real top of La Liga.
"I don't think he's anxious but he is perhaps angry, he wants to score goals and that's normal," Zidane told a news conference ahead of Real's trip to Alaves.

When Napoli ended Juve reign

An unofficial geographical divide permeates every facet of Italian life from politics to calcio, with claims of Northern apathy toward Southern social problems giving rise to ugly discriminatory incidents within stadia on both sides.
That overriding notion appeared particularly prevalent in the 1980s. Downtrodden and ignored, the San Paolo faithful were desperate for a saviour to push their glamorous enemies into the shade – on the football field, at least.
