The Belgian star said at the weekend that he had told Chelsea that he had made up his mind about his future – which is that he wants to go to Real.
Express Sport can reveal that Hazard went public about his feelings after the 0-0 draw with Leicester, and the fact that he wants his future resolved, out of sheer frustration that Chelsea and Real are no nearer agreeing a deal after weeks of talks.
Real have already offered around £85million for the 28-year-old Belgian captain, but Chelsea want around £112m – and an agreement between the clubs has still not been reached.
Hazard has finalised his own terms with Real on a move – but Chelsea are holding out for the full figure for their star player, who still has a year of his contract to go and will not sign a new one.

Man City star Kyle Walker's girlfriend gets revenge on cheating lover by removing commitment ring
Model Annie Kilner is furious after we told how Kyle Walker romped with reality TV star Laura Brown
Annie, mum to his three boys, wrote next to the video: "When you wear a ring on your wedding finger for 10 years but you aren't even married ur just a good girl . . .  off you come."
Ex On The Beach's Laura, 30, told a pal she and England's Walker, 28, romped in his £200,000 Bentley.
She messaged Annie about the trysts after spotting a Mother's Day message he'd sent her. When Annie sought evidence Laura forwarded a selfie Walker had given her showing him at home.
The £150,000-a-week Man City ace has left his £3.5m mansion, and moved to a flat.

Santos president Peres urges Neymar to quit PSG for Real Madrid

Santos president Peres urges Neymar to quit PSG for Real Madrid
Santos president Jose Carlos Peres has urged Neymar to quit PSG and move to Real Madrid.
Such a deal would mean another windfall for Neymar's former club.
"I hope Neymar goes to Real Madrid, it would be the best place for him," Peres explained.
"He was totally wrong to leave Barcelona, he was still growing as a player. He hasn't done well since he left.
"I'm a follower of Real Madrid and it's a club that does things in a perfect way. If he gets the chance to wear the Real Madrid shirt, then he shouldn't think twice."

Hazard on his future: I've made my decision, but it's not just about me
Eden Hazard has dropped the biggest hint yet that he is set to leave Chelsea this summer.
The Belgian forward has been continuously linked with a move to Real Madrid and, with his contract up next year, Chelsea may be forced to sell.
"Yes, I have made my decision [on the future], but it's not just about me," Hazard said after Chelsea's 0-0 draw with Leicester on Sunday.
"Would I have liked it to be cleared up earlier in the season? Yes, I wanted that, but that's not happened.
"I'm still waiting like [the media] are waiting and like the fans are waiting.
He was also asked when he made up his mind about whether to stay at Chelsea or go.

Brighton and Hove Albion 1 Manchester City 4: Guardiola's men storm to back-to-back titles

Brighton and Hove Albion 1 Manchester City 4: Guardiola's men storm to back-to-back titles
Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan were all on target as Man City made it consecutive Premier Leauge triumphs.
Manchester City came from behind to claim back-to-back Premier League titles with a 4-1 win at Brighton and Hove Albion.
Knowing only a final day victory could guarantee glory at the expense of Jurgen Klopp's relentless Liverpool, Pep Guardiola's men were stunned by a 27th-minute Glenn Murray opener.
Final-day specialist Sergio Aguero found a response within 83 seconds and Aymeric Laporte converted Riyad Mahrez's 38th-minute corner to put City back in control of their destiny.

Chelsea held at Leicester but manage to secure third in table
Eden Hazard failed to inspire Chelsea as they wrapped up third in the Premier League despite being held at Leicester.
The Belgium international came off the bench in what could be his final Premier League appearance for the Blues with Real Madrid waiting but could not break the deadlock in a forgettable 0-0 draw.
With the Europa League final against Arsenal at the end of the month Hazard played just 22 minutes at the King Power Stadium.
Gonzalo Higuain missed a glorious first-half chance for Chelsea while Jamie Vardy and Youri Tielemans wasted Leicester’s best openings as the Foxes finished ninth.

Liverpool 2 Wolves 0: Mane double not enough to end 29-year title drought
Liverpool end the season on 97 points, without a defeat at home, but their 2-0 win over Wolves was still not enough for the title.
Liverpool missed out on a first Premier League title despite beating Wolves 2-0 at Anfield on Sunday on the final day of the season.
Jurgen Klopp's side moved onto 97 points from 38 games thanks to Sadio Mane's double, but Manchester City's 4-1 win at Brighton and Hove Albion means the Reds' 29-year wait for the top-flight crown goes on.
Hope was kindled among the home fans when news of City going behind arrived shortly after Mane turned home, but once Pep Guardiola's side moved ahead before half-time, Liverpool appeared resigned to their disappointment.
Senegal star Mane got his 22nd of a superb league campaign with nine minutes to go, but celebrations were largely muted in the Merseyside sunshine.
FULL-TIME Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
It's not enough to claim the title - but a strong performance from Liverpool and two strikes from Sadio Mane ends an incredible season for the hosts with 97 points

Juventus director meets Man Utd flop Alexis Sanchez's agent to thrash out summer move

Juventus director meets Man Utd flop Alexis Sanchez's agent to thrash out summer move
Alexis Sanchez's agent has reportedly met with Juventus this week to try and thrash out a summer exit from Manchester United
JUVENTUS have reportedly held talks with Alexis Sanchez’s agent this week to offer the Chilean flop an escape route of Manchester United.
The forward, 30, has been a massive failure at Old Trafford since arriving in a swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Arsenal in January 2018.
Sanchez, who earns £505k-a-week, has bagged just five goals for the Red Devils and is believed to be one of the first names Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to offload this summer.
Inter Milan are keen on bringing the South American back to Italy, where he originally made his name with Udinese.
Now Calciomercato.com claim their Serie A rivals are attempting to beat them to the signing of Old Trafford’s highest-earner.

Inter close in on €50m deal for Barcelona star Rakitic

Inter close in on €50m deal for Barcelona star Rakitic
Inter are closing in on securing a €50 million (£43m/$56m) move for Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic, Goal understands.
The Serie A side, who have been following Rakitic for a while now, are desparate to pull themselves closer to Juventus in the 2019-20 season and want to put together a team that's capable of mounting a title challenge.
The Croatian is seen as a key part of that ambition, while, as reported by Goal, Antonio Conte is also being lined up to replace Luciano Spalletti as head coach.
The Nerazzurri have been in talks with the former Chelsea boss and are prepared to offer him a lucrative contract to take over at San Siro.

MANCHESTER UNITED have already received an offer from Paris Saint-Germain for goalkeeper David de Gea, according to French journalist Geoffroy Garetier.
De Gea is unsettled at Old Trafford and is about to enter the final year of his contract.
It was previously claimed he would seek a summer move if they failed to qualify for next season’s Champions League and United did just that after last weekend's disappointing 1-1 draw with Huddersfield.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has always said he wants to keep De Gea beyond his current deal but they could now be forced to sell or risk losing him for nothing at the end of next term.

REAL MADRID boss Zinedine Zidane has refused to comment on speculation regarding Paul Pogba.
The Manchester United star continues to be linked with a move to the Spanish giants after struggling to make his mark at Old Trafford.
Both the Red Devils and Madrid are looking to overhaul their respective squads this summer.
And Pogba could be one of the many stars shipped out by United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer makes wholesale changes to his dressing room.
But despite publicly praising Pogba in the past, Zidane has now decided not to respond when asked about a potential transfer.

Liverpool 4 Burnley 2: Firmino and Mane keep Reds hot on City's heels
Liverpool moved back to within a point of Premier League leaders Manchester City after battling past Burnley at Anfield.Liverpool fought back from a goal down to claim a 4-2 win over Burnley and move back to within a point of Premier League leaders Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola's side eased to a 3-1 victory over Watford on Saturday to turn up the heat on Liverpool, who had drawn four of their previous six league matches.
The pressure was increased when Ashley Westwood scored straight from a corner on Sunday, but Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane each netted twice to secure the comeback, despite a late Johann Gudmundsson goal amid difficult conditions on Merseyside.
Anfield was stunned after only six minutes when Westwood's corner from the left curled all the way into the net, although Alisson was furious it was allowed to stand after claiming he had been blocked by three Burnley players on the line.
Liverpool levelled within 13 minutes, though, Firmino tapping in after Tom Heaton made a mess of trying to block Mohamed Salah's low cross from the right.

Courtois denies Alba Carrillo relationship rumours

Courtois denies Alba Carrillo relationship rumours
There is nothing romantic between Thibaut Courtois and Alba Carrilo, the Real Madrid goalkeeper has insisted.
The footballer and the model were seen together at a dinner, leading to rumours of a possible relationship, but Courtois has said that this is not the case.
"We're not a couple and we won't be one," he told Cotilleo.
"This is an overreaction.
"I've been with her twice, as I went to her house and she came to mine, before we went out one night for dinner.
"That was when the photos were taken, but there was nothing more.
"Having seen what's happened, I don't think you'll see us together again."

Gareth Bale could join one of three English clubs, believes Jermaine Jenas (Image: Getty)
That is according to BBC Sport pundit Jermaine Jenas.
Bale has grown unhappy in Madrid this season as the club have felt the effects of losing figureheads Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
Real Madrid have nothing to play for after their embarrassing 4-1 home loss to Ajax in midweek which dumped them out of the Champions League.
Having been knocked out of the Copa del Rey by Barcelona and trailing their bitter rivals by 12 points in La Liga, the wheels have come off of the reigning European champions, who are expected to sack coach Santiago Solari soon.
Bale has been cast as one of the villains by the Bernabeu faithful, and was booed off the pitch in last week’s El Clasico loss.

REAL DEAL Mourinho set to be named Real Madrid boss on £17m-a-year deal this week, says Calderon
JOSE MOURINHO could be installed as Real Madrid’s new £17million-a-year manager as soon as Monday.
Ex-Real president Roman Calderon claims the sacked Manchester United boss will sign a three-and-a-half-year deal to take over from Santiago Solari.

Mourinho has been linked with a return to the Bernabeu since being axed by United in December.
And Calderon declared: “I understand Mourinho will sign a deal for the remainder of this season and for another three years, with a net salary of £17m per year, possibly as early as Monday.
"He will return because something needs to be done and president Florentino Perez believes Mourinho is the best man he can get at this time — one of the worst periods in the club’s history.”

Neymar: Partying not holding me back from club, individual success
Paris Saint-Germain and Brazil superstar Neymar has rejected claims he parties too much and impedes his own ability to lead the French giants to Champions League success and secure Ballon d'Or glory for himself.
The €222 million world-record signing from Barcelona recently celebrated his 27th birthday lavishly in Paris despite being injured with his second foot fracture in as many years, which raised further questions over his commitment to achievements on the pitch.
"I do not think that my social life hinders my performance on the pitch," Neymar told Globo Esporte. "In fact, I even find it funny that what I do off the pitch gets compared with what I do on it.
"My statistics on the pitch are still very good. I said back during the [2016] Olympics that 'my personal life is my personal life.' I will keep going, doing what I think I should do, because it is me -- my business.
"On the pitch, I can be questioned -- [journalists] are there to talk about my performances. You can talk about that. Away from the pitch, I will take care of myself. If I want to do it, I will do it -- my life is mine, I am 27."
Neymar, who is currently continuing his recovery back in Brazil, recognised that despite his desire to enjoy his personal time, sacrifices sometimes have to be made -- particularly on the eve of games -- but that his critics do not influence his displays.
